Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To help achieve this goal, we accept returns for defective product or product that is in sellable condition and currently available for sale. To ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • All sales of personalized items are final. No returns will be accepted unless returned items are determined to be defective by one of our return specialists.
  • Please call customer service at 855-515-5999 and request an RMA number.
  • Print out and fill out the Product Return Form. This form will have all the instructions you need as well as the address to send the items back to. Place this form in the package with your return items.
  • Product must be returned in original, sellable condition. See return form for more info.
  • You will be responsible to pay all shipping charges to return product to us. We will pay all charges to ship you an exchange.
  • If you believe a product is defective, please briefly state in writing on the Product Return Form why you believe so. We will inspect all such defective product and process a refund for all items that our returns specialist confirms to be defective. If our return specialist cannot confirm a product defect, we will return the item(s) to you without issuing a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed and issued back to your original form of payment.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Apparel items that contain stains from perspiration, deodorant, make-up or any other markings that can not be removed.
  • Items containing any personalization, such as embroidered apparel or custom golf balls
  • Footwear that have worn or soiled bottoms and/or uppers, or with a shoe box that is not in new condition
